Reflective Mylar Foam Sunshield is a tri-laminated material of high grade that can be molded to fit the required standard. This material is further completed with a black felt edging.  

A special high density foam with special heat insulation property is used in the preparation of Coverking`s Reflective Mylar Foam Sunshield. This high density foam is taken and laminated between two Mylar layers to produce the ultimate product.   The outer Mylar layer is a layer with aluminized coating that reflects the UV rays emanating from the sun while the inner layer is a plain Mylar layer that adds toughness and provides protection to the middle foam layer.

The three special layers of the Reflective Mylar Foam Sunshield combine to provide the best insulation against heat, best UV reflection and also help the product to survive tremendous rolling and folding while maintaining its rigidity on the windshield.

Reflective Mylar Foam Sunshield can be cleaned by following the given below cleaning process. To start with you need a vacuum cleaner and a non-toxic, non-caustic, bio-degradable and eco-friendly anionic laundry detergent to clean your Reflective Mylar Foam Sunshield thoroughly.

The Cleaning Process:
 
In the very first step, use a vacuum cleaner to clean the Reflective Mylar Foam Sunshield. Then use a wet tissue on the surface.

In the second step, immerse the Reflective Mylar Foam Sunshield with the green-water based non-caustic, non-toxic, eco-friendly and bio-degradable anionic laundry detergent. Now, wash the Reflective Mylar Foam Sunshield thoroughly.

After proper washing, wipe with wet tissue and water for the purpose of extracting the soap material stuck to its surface.

Now, wipe with dry tissue/soft cotton fabric then, air dry using a vacuum cleaner. You can complete air drying by releasing air outside the vacuum cleaner.

Important Note: This cleaning procedure becomes successful only at a temperature of 20-27 degree centigrade.
