Installation Guide:

You need to follow simple installation steps for successful installation of Ballistic Backrest Seat Cover, Ballistic Solid Bench Seat Cover, Ballistic Seat Bottom Cover and Ballistic Console Cover. These installation procedures are mentioned below:

Ballistic Backrest Seat Cover Installation:

To install the Ballistic Backrest Seat Cover over bucket seats with non-removable headrest, just push the seat forward and place the Ballistic Backrest Seat Cover around the original seat cover.

In other seats, the Velcro fastener is fastened to the flap after inserting it through the opening between seat back and seat bottom. After that, you can easily drape the Ballistic Backrest Seat Cover around the original seat cover.

To install the Ballistic Backrest Seat Cover over 60/40 split bench seats, first of all, remove the headrest. Then, fold the seat forward and insert the flap via the opening between seat back and seat bottom. Now, fix the Velcro fastener and then cover your original car seat with the Backrest Seat Cover.

However, to install Ballistic Backrest Seat Cover on older jeeps, you just need to fold the seat forward and then you can easily cover the original car seat with the Ballistic Backrest Seat Cover.

Ballistic Solid Bench Seat Cover Installation:

Fold the seat forward first and then cover the backrest with the backrest seat cover. If your car seat has a folding armrest, then for hassle-free installation, you are instructed to place the backrest cover in the top position, above the armrest. However, if your car seat has a headrest, remove the headrest first and then place the Solid Bench Seat Cover over the original car seat.

Now, push the flap via the opening between seat back and seat bottom and then place the seat bottom cover over the seat bottom and fix the straps properly.

Ballistic Seat Bottom Cover Installation:

For successful installation of your Ballistic Seat Bottom Cover, fold the seat forward first and then place the Ballistic Seat Bottom Cover around the original car seat cover. Now, you are required to insert the flap via the fixed buckles and hooks and then you can easily tuck the ballistic seat bottom cover behind the plastic pieces.

Ballistic Console Cover Installation:

This is a simple procedure and it involves opening the console and then covering the console top as well as the console bottom properly. After that, insert the flap via the opening and then affix the Velcro fastener.

Other Instructions on Ballistic Seat Cover Installation:

To cover seats with integrated seat airbags, you should only use ballistic seat cover designed with opening flaps. The ballistic seat cover equipped with opening flaps or airbag cut outs can be easily installed by inserting the flap through the cut out in such a way that it can be freely opened during use   

To install your ballistic seat cover over levelers or controls that are used to support your seat, you need to make a small opening in your ballistic seat cover.

Fix a Velcro fastener to install the ballistic armrest cover.

Cleaning Instruction:

There are two principal cleaning processes to thoroughly cleanse your Ballistic Seat Covers. These are namely, hand washing and machine cleaning process. The first cleaning procedure, i.e. hand washing is a simple process and via this process, you can successfully clean the Ballistic Seat Cover by using both hands.   However, for cleaning of your Ballistic Seat Cover via machine use, you need to use automatic speed control washers (M/Cs) that are available in almost all the commercial laundries.  You are instructed not to use agitators for machine cleaning as the use of agitators is likely to rip apart the fabric of your Ballistic Seat Cover.

Ballistic Seat Covers: The Cleaning Procedure:

For successful cleaning of your Ballistic Seat Covers, you are instructed to follow the cleaning steps mentioned below:

Get hold of a non-caustic, non-toxic, bio-degradable, eco-friendly, and liquid anionic laundry detergent and mix two cupfuls of this detergent with cold or warm water.

Now, soak the Ballistic Seat Covers on this mixture for 5 minutes to loosen the attached dirt particles and thereafter, you are required to wash the Ballistic Seat Cover with gentle cycles for 5 minutes.  

Next, put the Ballistic Seat Cover on cold water and rinse it thoroughly with two cycles and then again rinse the seat cover with one cycle.  After making the Ballistic Seat Cover half dry in this manner, flat dry the set cover in normal atmosphere.

This cleaning procedure is successful only at 20-27 degree centigrade and this cleaning process efficiently protects the finishing treatment on your Ballistic Seat Cover.
